1. Shipping Costs

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders over €160.
• Orders under €160 will be charged calculated shipping rates at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

3. Pre-Order Products

Items marked as Pre-Order require additional production time, which is mentioned on the product page.

Your full order will ship once pre-order items are ready.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• EU countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7–14 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local carriers.

5. Customs and Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are charged upon arrival in your country.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

If you don’t receive tracking within 2 business days after placing your order, contact us directly.

7. Returns & Exchanges
