At Heartless Castles, we’ve always believed that clothing should tell a story — not just about who we are, but about the world we want to live in. That’s why our newest capsule drop isn’t just another collection. It’s a statement. A mission. A second chance for garments to live again.

From Forgotten to Reborn

In collaboration with SVIR, an Estonian artist and designer known for turning waste into wearable art, we’ve reimagined our past collections through the lens of circular design. Every piece in this drop is crafted from leftover, unsold, or returned items from previous Heartless Castles releases — deconstructed, reshaped, and reassembled by hand in SVIR’s Tallinn studio.

This isn’t just sustainable fashion. It’s radically responsible.

Each garment was reworked without creating new waste — no factory runs, no new fabrics, no mass production. Just two brands refusing to throw away what still has value.

Why Upcycling Matters

This collection isn’t perfect. It’s raw. It’s personal. It’s a love letter to the idea that something worn, faded, or flawed can still hold beauty — maybe even more than before.

The Heartless Castles x SVIR capsule is extremely limited. Each piece is one-of-one, uniquely numbered, and won’t be reproduced.
